Humboldt Explorer is one of the newsest boats to ply the waters of the Gaalapagos Islands. 106ft in length, with a beam of 21ft, she is a stable and comfortable platform from which to dive the Galapagos Islands.
She accommodates 16 passengers in 8 air-conditioned double cabins on her main and lower decks. All cabins have ocean views, TV with DVD player and en suite bathrooms. All the cabins except 3 & 4 (forward belowdecks) can be converted to either a queen bed or two twin beds.
The air-conditioned main saloon has comfy sofas and seating areas for you to relax between dives. Food is served at a seperate dining area and there is a vbar from where you can be served a cool soft drink or glass of wine.
The dive deck is shaded from the fierce sun, and diving is done from tenders. There is ample room for photographers to tinker with their cameras, as a large table with shelving is located by the dive deck. Charging facilities are available for batteries and rinse tanks are located on the dive deck for rinsing cameras after dives.
